1. DIGITAL RESOURCES - STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
All digital products (e.g., templates, courses, toolkits) are non-refundable and non-returnable for the following reasons:
Immediate Access: Resources are delivered instantly upon payment
Inherent Value: Content cannot be "returned" once accessed
Intellectual Property Risk: Prevents copying and refund fraud
By purchasing, you acknowledge you forfeit all right to chargebacks or refund requests.
2. COACHING/MENTORING SERVICES - NO REFUNDS
All coaching, consulting, and mentoring services are 100% non-refundable because:
Time Reservation: Your booking excludes other clients
Pre-Session Work: Preparation begins immediately after payment
Resource Allocation: Reserved capacity cannot be resold
Unused sessions expire 30 days after purchase with no cash value.
3. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will only be considered if:
Coach fails to deliver any paid services without rescheduling
Documentation required for all claims. No exceptions for:Change of mind
Failure to use resources
Dissatisfaction with results
Technical issues (e.g., email filters, user errors)

PCH Academy Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour expected from everyone involved in our Academy: players, parents/guardians, and coaches. Rugby is a sport built on respect, teamwork, and discipline. By taking part in PCH Academy, you agree to uphold these values.
For Players
I will:
Respect my teammates, coaches, referees, and other parents/guardians.
Play within the rules and in the spirit of the game.
Always try my best, in training, games and all activities.
Support and encourage my teammates, never bully or put them down.
Look after PCH Academy and Club equipment and facilities.
Wear the correct kit and protective gear.
Tell a coach if I am injured, unwell, or worried about anything.
For Parents/Guardians
I will:
Encourage my child to enjoy rugby and do their best.
Respect coaches, referees, and volunteers at all times.
Never shout at or ridicule players, referees, or officials.
Support PCH Academy’s efforts to create a safe, positive environment.
Communicate any medical or welfare concerns to coaches.
Ensure my child arrives on time and with the correct kit.
Accept that player development and game decisions are made by the coaching team.
For Coaches/Academy Staff
We will:
Provide safe, enjoyable, and inclusive rugby sessions.
Treat all players fairly and with respect.
Promote teamwork, respect, discipline, and rugby’s core values.
Prioritise player welfare, development, and safety.
Communicate clearly with parents/guardians.
Act as positive role models on and off the pitch

Upon payment, you receive a strictly limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Access the Product solely for your individual use
Download/print one copy for your own reference
This is NOT a multi-user, resale, or shared license.
3. Strict Usage Restrictions
